The ADG Fixed Assets System (FAS) is designed to provide you with up-to-date information on all of your organization’s physical assets. Whether it is time to change the oil in a vehicle, make a property transfer, or check depreciation, ADG’s FAS is ready for the task.

A Robust Solution

Depreciation Schedule

The depreciation schedule calculates an asset’s depreciation either monthly or annually and multiple depreciation schedules may be maintained for each asset (i.e., book, federal, state, or source of funds). Depreciating has never been so much fun!

Loan Amortization

Included in the system is a loan amortization schedule, along with a loan payment calculation program which features an extensive number of parameters such as interest rate, term of loan, loan amount, down payment, etc. The system can then calculate the payment amount based on the selected parameters.

Extensive Tracking and Reporting

Lacking nothing to keep you on top of what is going on with your assets, the system tracks purchases, transfers, adjustments, status changes, depreciation, insurance, and maintenance.  In addition to tracking, FAS features extensive reporting capabilities including acquired assets, disposed assets, surplus assets, asset insurance carrier, asset planning, asset forecasting and replacement cost.

Handheld Scanner Compatibility

Our software is compatible with barcode scanners to make entering and tracking assets that much easier. 

Preventative Maintenance

The preventative maintenance module of the system is designed to track building maintenance, vehicle maintenance, costs, scheduling and usage. Any asset (building, vehicle or equipment) may be scheduled for maintenance based upon a selection of user-defined service plans. Service plans may be based on time and/or an odometer reading. The system generates a modifiable list of services to be performed. After any changes, a work order is printed detailing services to be performed and the projected costs. Analytical reports are available that examine costs and MPG. The system also tracks trips by drivers and vehicles. The scheduling function facilitates scheduling rooms, vehicles and equipment.

The Maintenance System facilitates billing for services or vehicles provided by one department to another department. This system integrates completely with the Accounts Payable module of the ADG Fund Management System (FMS) and allows a user to access the Fixed Assets System from within Accounts Payable to set up a new asset.

Available reports provide extensive information keeping you apprised of asset status, location, and count.  Among the list of reports available include:
